Advertising Coordinator

The position of Advertising Coordinator is an appointed position (appointed by the President) and therefore is not subject to elections.

The duties of the Advertising Coordinator are:

*	Review existing paid advertisements on a regular basis. Maintain contacts with those advertisers, by letter, phone contacts and/or email, periodically updating the advertisements information, and renewing/extending the term of the advertisements.
*	Solicit new paid advertisements through Club contacts, search of other advertising media (i.e. Yellow Pages, local and area newspaper classified ads, Swap Meets, etc).
*	Make arrangements for advertising fees to be forwarded to the Club Treasurer.
*	Periodically review advertising fees and make recommendations for changes, if appropriate.
*	Advertising fees are presently $45.00/year for a 1/8 page advertisement

This past year you advertised in our Model "A" newsletter (a copy of your ad is enclosed). We appreciate your support, and hope that you will consider extending your support of the Wisconsin Region MARC for another year! We currently reach (insert number of members here) Model "A" and classic auto owners.

Hopefully, you will continue to advertise with us in the forthcoming year!

If so, please send your check in the amount of (insert current advertising fee here) to our Treasurer, (insert current Treasurer’s name and address here).

Please make your check payable to: Wisconsin Region MARC.
